I’m everything free. I’m gluten-free. Dairy-free. Sugar-free. Sometimes I am yeast-free, which really means I eat paper.

I feel like the quotes I choose are starting to be what I find funny more than what related 100% to the post. While technically the entire post is about my favorite breakfast bowl, I laughed so hard at the quote I couldn’t not share it!
So recently someone I know asked if anyone had any good dairy-free recipes to share.
I immediately went to the 4892858 pinterest recipes I have squirreled away for specific moments like this and shared them with her. After I was thinking about how so many people I know have food allergies & may feel limited sometimes as to what they can enjoy.
In an effort to make more recipes that can be adapted to different intolerances, I made my go-to Granola Breakfast Bowl with a new yogurt that is dairy free.
Let me start by saying, Silk, you have outdone yourself with this yogurt. It is creamy, delicious & I would have never guessed made completely dairy-free!
While I am not intolerant to dairy, I am more of a coconut/almond milk drinker so this yogurt is right up my alley. Between Silk’s dairy-free & almond milk yogurts, this will definitely be my yogurt of choice going forward!
How to make the perfect Yogurt & Granola Breakfast Bowl:
First, create a base with your yogurt.
Next, grab some fresh blueberries & generously spread them across the top of the bowl.
Then grab your favorite granola. I always keep a jar of my homemade Almond & Pecan Granola on hand for moments like this. It is crunchy, sweet & stays great for weeks at a time after being made!
Like your blueberries, pour a generous amount of granola over the berries.
Finally, drizzle honey over top, you will thank me later!
Raw honey is a great source of natural energy, is an antioxidant powerhouse & helps with weight management. In this case it also adds a pinch of sweetness to the breakfast bowl that ties it all together!
ENJOY!

Yes! I love the recipes that use honey. I get excited anytime I see honey mentioned because it’s health benefits are sooooooo widespread. I eat two tablespoons before bed and it helps me sleep like a rock.
