Easter Chocolate Bark

  • 24 oz white chocolate, divided
  • 1/2 cup m&ms
  • 1/4 cup cadbury mini eggs
  • 1/4 cup robin malted eggs
  • 1 tbsp sprinkles
  • food coloring


  1. Divide white chocolate up into 3 bowls. Half of the chocolate into 1 bowl, and then the other half is split between the other two bowls.

  2. Melt chocolate in microwave in 30 second intervals until melted.

  3. Add food coloring to 2-3 of the bowls (per your preference) and mix well.

  4. Onto a sheet pan with parchment paper, spread the largest bowl of chocolate onto the sheet. Spread thin.

  5. Add the other two bowls by making big or small blobs of chocolate. 

  6. Taking a wooden stick or spoon mix the chocolates together creating swirls and stripes. You can make this however you want to look. 

  7. Add m&ms, robin eggs, Cadbury eggs & sprinkles on immediately. 

  8. Place in refrigerator for 30-45 minutes to harden. 

  9. Once out of the fridge, break into pieces & serve. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

If you want your chocolate to have a shine to it, you can add a tsp of coconut oil when melting chocolate in microwave.
