Divide white chocolate up into 3 bowls. Half of the chocolate into 1 bowl, and then the other half is split between the other two bowls.
Melt chocolate in microwave in 30 second intervals until melted.
Add food coloring to 2-3 of the bowls (per your preference) and mix well.
Onto a sheet pan with parchment paper, spread the largest bowl of chocolate onto the sheet. Spread thin.
Add the other two bowls by making big or small blobs of chocolate.
Taking a wooden stick or spoon mix the chocolates together creating swirls and stripes. You can make this however you want to look.
Add m&ms, robin eggs, Cadbury eggs & sprinkles on immediately.
Place in refrigerator for 30-45 minutes to harden.
Once out of the fridge, break into pieces & serve. Enjoy!
If you want your chocolate to have a shine to it, you can add a tsp of coconut oil when melting chocolate in microwave.
