Skinny Lime Margaritas

  • 8 oz tequila, patron
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 cups ice, separated
  • 4 limes, juiced
  • 1 jalapeño, diced
  • salt to line rime


  1. Juice 2 limes and add into cocktail shaker

  2. Deseed jalapeño and dice into large chunks. Add to shaker & muddle until  jalapeño has broken down. 

  3. Next add tequila & honey to shaker and stir until all combined. Then add in 1 cup of ice and shake to cool ingredients down.

  4. Into your salt rimed glasses, divide ice equally among all. 

  5. Strain margarita over glasses until all are filled. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

In order to help salt stick to rim of glass, use excess lime wedge to wet the glass rim. Next dip into salt. 

For an extra spicy skinny lime margarita, add a few jalapeño slices into drink.
