South East White BBQ Sauce

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper


  1. Add mayonnaise and apple cider vinegar into a bowl & whisk to combine. Attempt to whisk out all mayonnaise clumps that may form. 

  2. Next add salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder & cayenne pepper into the bowl. Mix well.

  3. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to chill before serving. 

Recipe Notes

This is BBQ sauce is the perfect mix of Alabama White BBQ sauce & North Carolina Vinegar based BBQ sauce. It definitely has a vinegar kick to it. If you want to tone down the vinegar either add more mayonnaise to the recipe or just add less ACV than recipe requires.
