Add mayonnaise and apple cider vinegar into a bowl & whisk to combine. Attempt to whisk out all mayonnaise clumps that may form.
Next add salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder & cayenne pepper into the bowl. Mix well.
Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to chill before serving.
This is BBQ sauce is the perfect mix of Alabama White BBQ sauce & North Carolina Vinegar based BBQ sauce. It definitely has a vinegar kick to it. If you want to tone down the vinegar either add more mayonnaise to the recipe or just add less ACV than recipe requires.
