Red White & Blue Pudding Popsicles

Cooking Ingredients

  • 1 package vanilla pudding, sugar free
  • 2 cups whole milk, cold
  • food coloring, red & blue

Kitchen Gadgets

  • Popsicle tray
  • 3-4 small bowls


  1. Into bowl add pudding mix & whole milk. Whisk until begins to thicken (about 2 minutes) 

  2. Separate pudding equally into 3 bowls. In 1 bowl, add 10 drops red food dye. In 2nd, add 10 drops blue food dye. Stir both bowls to get colored pudding. 

  3. Once you have your 3 separate colored puddings begin to add them to your popsicle tray. First add in red, then "white" then blue last. 

  4. Slip on the top of the popsicle mold (plastic handles or wooden popsicle sticks) & freeze overnight. 

  5. When ready to serve remove your popsicles from the freezer. Run the mold under warm water for 10-15 seconds. Loosen popsicle from mold & serve. ENJOY!
