Smoothie Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, frozen and sliced
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder


  • chia seeds
  • peanuts, chopped
  • mini chocolate chips
  • banana, sliced
  • peanut butter, melted for drizzle


  1. The night or morning before you consume: slice 2 bananas & freeze for at least 2-12 hours.

  2. Into blender add almond milk, chocolate powder, protein powder, peanut butter, frozen bananas & ice.

  3. Blend until smooth. 

  4. Pour into wide mouthed bowl. Add chia seeds, chopped peanuts, mini chocolate chips & bananas if toppings are desired. Drizzle melted peanut butter over top.

  5. Serve immediately & enjoy!

Recipe Notes

If you want a "thicker" smoothie bowl, remove ice from ingredients. You could also use less almond milk to have same effect.
