  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4-6 fun size snickers

  1. Preheat your oven to 375.

  2. Into a large bowl add granulated sugar, coconut oil and melted butter. Whisk to combine.

  3. Next add your eggs and vanilla extract. Stir to combine, do not over mix, when it becomes a deep yellow you are done.

  4. Add cocoa powder, flour and salt into the bowl. Using a large spoon, mix all of the ingredients together. Again once you get a deep brown thick batter you are done.

  5. Give 3/4 of your snickers bars a rough chop. Add them as well as 3/4 of your chocolate chips into the bowl. Give it 2 good stirs.

  6. Generously grease a 9x9 baking pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Scoop your brownie batter into the pan and spread the top so it is smooth.

  7. Sprinkle the remaining snickers & chocolate chips on the top of the brownies.

  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until brownies are cooked through. (My pan was thicker so it took closer to 20 for the middle to firm up).

  9. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, slice your brownies up serve & enjoy!
