If you have not yet made your greek ranch* do so now!
Into a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add 2 slices of bacon. (I cut my slices in half to make cooking easier).
Flip your bacon after 2-3 minutes and continue cooking on other side.
When bacon is cooked, place it on a paper towel to remove excess oil and set aside.
Carefully de-core a head of lettuce (you can do this by turning the head of lettuce upside down and cutting around the core and pulling it out.)
Remove 5-6 leaves from the head and layer them on top of a piece of parchment paper in a large square that is 2 pieces of lettuce thick.
Next, add greek ranch to the lettuce (spread it out horizontally across the middle of the lettuce).
Lay your cheese on top of the dressing, followed by tomato slices and red onions.
Next, lay your turkey meat onto the lettuce wrap. Top with bacon.
To wrap your Turkey Bacon Ranch Lettuce Wraps you want to think about how they roll a burrito at Chipotle or Moe's. Fold your lettuce from the top and bottom of the lettuce wraps towards the middle. Then tightly roll the lettuce starting from the left side until it is a solid burrito shaped roll.
Tightly wrap your parchment paper around the lettuce wrap to secure it. Cut the parchment paper/lettuce wrap in half and secure the halves with a toothpick. Serve and enjoy!
