Three-Cheese Cowboy Queso Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 6 oz rotel tomatoes with green chiles
  • 6 oz velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 4 oz pepper jack cheese, cubed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup black beans
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • jalepeno, sliced

Instructions

  1. Into a small bowl, add ground cumin, garlic powder, chili powder & red pepper flakes.

  2. Heat a non-stick skillet to medium heat and add ground beef. Top beef with spices & cook until browned (6-8 minutes).

  3. Cube velveeta, pepper jack and cream cheeses. Add the cheese into the warm skillet and allow them to melt.

  4. When all of your cheese is melted, add in black beans, diced tomatoes & 1/2 tbsp worth of cilantro.

  5. Mix all ingredients together until your Cowboy Queso Dip is ready.

  6. Top with extra black beans, tomatoes & cilantro. Serve & enjoy!
