Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place butter into medium-large bowl. Heat butter in microwave for 30-45 seconds until completely melted.
Into the bowl, add brown sugar, egg, salt & vanilla extract.
Mix all ingredients until well incorporated.
Next, add in flour and baking powder.
Combine all ingredients until thick blonde batter is formed.
Add Easter colored M&M's into the bowl. Fold chocolate in until dispersed among batter.
Lightly grease an 8-inch square baking pan & add in blondie batter.
Bake your Easter Blondies for 20-25 minutes until edges are browned & middle is soft.
When blondies are cooked, allow to cool for 5 minutes. Serve & enjoy!
