some people live by that “apple a day keeps the doctor away” saying…. just replace the word apple with avocado and you’ve pretty much got me figured out!

While I have always been a GIANT fan of cooking & photography…but I wasn’t inspired to start sharing what I was making at home until I found Gaby Dalkin on instagram. Her website WhatsGabyCooking is easy to read & has more incredible recipes than I can count. Follow her on snapchat to see her weekly food “snapisodes’. Majority of the recipes I made when I first began food photography were inspired by her.
Naturally, when your favorite food blogger releases her own line of of salsas with Williams-Sonoma, you order all of them and try it out IMMEDIATELY!
The Chipotle Tomato Salsa was used by the man as a topping to his shrimp tacos last night, I used the tomatillo salsa as a dip with my chips & the guacamole starter is what inspired todays post. Plus, Cinco De Mayo is next week so this post couldn’t come at a better time!
