You make me melt like a popsicle on the Fourth of July.

Fourth of July…Memorial Day, basically the same thing because…’Merica.
So I have been dying to finally make something holiday themed & what better way to celebrate our great country than Red White & Blue Pudding Popsicles?
- They are sugar free so basically healthy for you
- You can easily make them with lighter milk or lactose free milk if you have sensitivities
- These Red White & Blue Pudding Pops take all of 10 minutes to make.
If you can handle waiting the excruciating 4-5 hours (or over night) time frame to let them set you will be eating patriotic pudding popsicles in no time!
Cooking Tip: Getting pudding into the molds was much trickier than I thought. You will probably have some colors running into each other but don’t stress about it, all popsicles are unique.
If you want, add some colorful sprinkles to keep your popsicles festive!
I sat around like for about 5 minutes before realizing that I needed to run the mold under warm water to help separate the popsicles.
Red White (yellow) & Blue Pudding Pops!
Clearly I am feeling super patriotic with these popsicles. Had to wear my American colors today to celebrate the holiday! I hope you enjoy these creamy, delicious patriotic Red White & Blue pudding pops are much as I did!
ENJOY!

- 1 package vanilla pudding, sugar free
- 2 cups whole milk, cold
- food coloring, red & blue
- Popsicle tray
- 3-4 small bowls
-
Into bowl add pudding mix & whole milk. Whisk until begins to thicken (about 2 minutes)
-
Separate pudding equally into 3 bowls. In 1 bowl, add 10 drops red food dye. In 2nd, add 10 drops blue food dye. Stir both bowls to get colored pudding.
-
Once you have your 3 separate colored puddings begin to add them to your popsicle tray. First add in red, then "white" then blue last.
-
Slip on the top of the popsicle mold (plastic handles or wooden popsicle sticks) & freeze overnight.
-
When ready to serve remove your popsicles from the freezer. Run the mold under warm water for 10-15 seconds. Loosen popsicle from mold & serve. ENJOY!
We love making homemade popsicles at my house, and my kids would LOVE the sprinkles mixed in there. Great idea!
