It’s never been an issue for me- I don’t want to go on a diet, I don’t want to eat a Caesar salad with no dressing, why would I do that? I ain’t got time for this, just be happy and don’t be stupid. If I’ve got a boyfriend and he loves my body then I’m not worried.

Ain’t nobody got time for salad without dressing!
If you are choosing to eat a salad that is not covered in fried food then you are eating better than 95% of people, so why limit your toppings? Just make a healthier version of your favorite dressing instead!
When I first began eating healthier, I ate A LOT of caesar salad.
Because I LOVE the taste of authentic caesar dressing, yes anchovies and all, I wanted to create a healthier version that still holds all the flavor just with less fat.
Thankfully after some testing I figured out the perfect way to do that!
How cut half the calories/fat from your caesar dressing:
In effort to make this dressing healthier try to switch out mayonnaise for plain greek yogurt.
Greek yogurt has no saturated or trans fat & 20 grams of protein. Also 1 cup of greek yogurt yields 130 calories vs the 100 calories per 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise!
After you add liquids in aka greek yogurt, olive oil & red wine it is time to add in your seasonings. The next step is garlic, onion salt, garlic powder, black pepper & anchovy paste.
Anchovy paste isn’t the cutest thing in the world so instead of showing you what the final bowl looks like before stirring I just decided to describe it. You’re welcome.
Whisk all of your ingredients & voila you have a healthy authentic tasting caesar dressing!
Make sure that you allow your dressing to chill before serving. This dressing is thick much like the authentic caesar dressing you are used too, if you like your dressing thinner, add a little more red wine vinegar to your batch!
This caesar dressing pairs very well with a grilled chicken caesar salad, is a great topping to a pasta salad & Gaby Dalkins chicken caesar salad pizza!. Try it a few ways & let me know what you think!
