When is the first day of fall?
Honey, everyone knows it’s when Starbucks starts serving Pumpkin Spice Lattes.

Where my basic witches at!?!
Happy (almost) fall ya’ll! The cool weather has officially set in North Carolina & Starbucks released every yoga pant wearing females favorite coffee early, so all is right with the world.
So what I am about to say may be upsetting to some people but…I don’t love pumpkin spice lattes.
I know, I know, it’s not normal, but I just don’t really like any version of coffee that isn’t straight coffee and creamer. Whether it is hot or cold it doesn’t matter as long as it is strong with a non-dairy creamer in it. The good news is, you can still be a basic lady without loving the latte…you just have to make this AMAZING non-dairy Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer!
The best part about this pumpkin spice coffee creamer is:
- It can be made in one pot & only 5 minutes is required to make it.
- The creamer keeps for up to 10 days in the refrigerator so you can enjoy it longer!
- You won’t break the bank with this creamer. For an overall cost of $5 you can get the same great pumpkin spice taste from home!
Seriously, so easy to make! All you have to do is add all of the ingredients to a small pot, stir it up & let it simmer for 5 minutes. After it has cooled you can serve it immediately!
There is nothing more delicious than sipping my coffee in the morning & feeling like I am walking around the quad in Tuscaloosa watching the leaves turn.
If you love pumpkin everything but don’t like spending $4 on a latte (or lattes in general) you can make this delicious creamer instead! You will quickly find yourself crave this pumpkin spice creamer & you will never look at the Starbucks version the same again!
