Alabama Firecrackers

It doesn’t matter how old you are, buying snacks for a road trip should always look like an unsupervised 9 year-old was given $100.

Can one really go on a road trip without multiple snacks to eat while you drive? Hell no!

That would be like going to a Mexican restaurant and not eating any chips and salsa as you wait for your meal to come. It’s sac-religious!

Last weekend, we drove to Washington DC for the weekend. I had never been, one of my college best friends lives there & Ryan and I wanted to take one last trip before the summer comes to a close so we couldn’t think of a better place to go.

Before we left, I was recipe testing for a new tailgate/football party snack, so I brought it with me on the trip. I posted about it on my Instagram stories & had so many of you ask for the recipe that I decided to share it with you ASAP. My Alabama Firecrackers are the perfect road trip, tailgate or party snack you never knew you were missing & I can’t wait to share the recipe with you!
