Gluten Free Cauliflower Buffalo “Wings”

It’s easy to impress me. I don’t need a fancy party to be happy. Just good friends, good food, and good laughs.

Hello Southern Parm readers!

Sorry I have been so MIA…cookie orders + work has been taking up majority of my time, BUT I am back this week with the perfect game-day snack!

Lately our Thursday, Sunday & Monday nights have been filled with NFL football. Ryan and I are in a fantasy league together so naturally we are watching the games to see how our players are doing.

Because we have been in full football mode, there has been A LOT of bar food eaten at our house. Most weekends we eat out 2-3 times which can be hard on your digestive system.

In an effort to balance the unhealthy foods we’ve been eating, I decided to make a vegetarian version of my favorite game-day snack, Buffalo Wings.

These gluten free Cauliflower Buffalo “Wings” are not only the perfect meatless snack, but they taste like the real thing AND have a nice kick to them!
