Ingredients

  • 2 cup coconut water
  • 2 cup ice
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup cucumbers, quartered
  • 1 cup bananas, or just 1 banana
  • 1.5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1.5 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar

Instructions

  1. Into blender, add coconut water.

  2. Next add in your fruits (banana & cucumbers)

  3. After add chia seeds, flax seeds & agave nectar. 

  4. Finally, add in your leafy greens (kale & spinach). 

  5. Top with ice. Secure lid & blend until all ingredients are smoothly combined. Serve & enjoy!
