  • ½ Cup Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 Clove Garlic finely minced or grated
  • ½ Tsp Salt (or to taste) (or to taste)
  • ¼ Tsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Tsp Honey or maple syrup for a touch of sweetness

Instructions

    Measure out all the ingredients. Finely mince or grate the garlic.
