Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 small tomato, finely diced
  • ¼ red onion, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced or grated
  • Handful of fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • ½ tsp Salt, to taste
  • ½ jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional, for heat)

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Avocados
    Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash with a fork—leave some chunks for texture.
  • Add Lime Juice
    Squeeze in the juice of half a lime. Taste, and add more if you like it zingier. This keeps the guac fresh and bright.

  • Mix in the Rest
    Add diced tomato, minced red onion, garlic, and cilantro (if using). Stir gently to combine.
  • Season It
    Sprinkle in a pinch of salt, taste, and adjust as needed. Toss in jalapeño for a spicy kick if desired.
  • Serve Immediately
    Grab chips, a spoon, or your favorite vehicle—this guac’s ready to go.
