These no-bake strawberry cheesecake bites are the perfect guilt-free dessert when you're craving something sweet but don’t want the sugar crash - or the oven heat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2-3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-3 graham crackers
  • ½ tsp lemon zest

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Strawberries
    Rinse strawberries under cold water and dry thoroughly.
    Slice off green tops so they stand upright.
    Use a paring knife or strawberry huller to core out the centers gently.
  • Make the Filling
    In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
    Add Greek yogurt, protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
    Mix until thick and creamy.
    Adjust consistency with a teaspoon of milk (if too thick) or more protein powder (if too thin).
    Taste and tweak sweetness if needed.

  • Fill the Strawberries
    Transfer filling to a piping bag or resealable plastic bag with a corner snipped.

    Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over each filled berry.
    Add lemon zest or optional toppings like mini chocolate chips or cinnamon.
