- 3 cups Mini marshmallows
- 3 tbsp Unsalted butter
Optional Extras
- 1/2 cup Chocolate chips

Melt Butter and Marshmallows: In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
Incorporate Protein Powder: Remove the pan from heat. Sift in the protein powder and stir until fully combined, ensuring no lumps.
Add Rice Krispies: Gradually fold in the Rice Krispies, stirring gently until all the cereal is coated with the marshmallow mixture.
Transfer and Set: Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper. Spread the mixture evenly into the dish and press it down firmly using a spatula or another sheet of parchment paper. Let it cool for 30 minutes.
Slice and Serve: Once set, cut into 12 equal squares or bars. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or in the fridge for a chilled treat.
