No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Bites with Protein Boost

No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Bites filled with cream and topped with graham cracker crumbs

Blend cream cheese, protein powder, Greek yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth. Core strawberries, fill with the mixture, top with crushed graham crackers, and chill. A quick, high-protein dessert without baking.

I started making these No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Bites when I needed something sweet that wasn’t loaded with empty calories. Most high-protein snacks I tried tasted like protein powder, and most cheesecakes took hours to bake.

This solved both problems: a cheesecake-like flavor in under 20 minutes, with enough protein to keep me full.

The first time I made them, I used just cream cheese and powdered sugar like a traditional filling. Good taste, but not much nutrition. Over time, I started replacing part of the cream cheese with Greek yogurt and adding a scoop of protein powder.

Now they’re my go-to when I want a snack that’s satisfying but not heavy.

Cooking Tips

  • Use strawberries that are large and symmetrical for easy filling.
  • Don’t skip drying the berries—moisture can ruin the texture.
  • If your filling is runny, refrigerate it for 10–15 minutes before piping.
  • Use a piping bag for neater presentation, especially for parties.
  • Add lemon zest just before serving to keep the flavor fresh and vibrant.

This recipe works because it keeps the base structure of cheesecake filling but swaps some of the heavy cream cheese for high-protein, low-fat Greek yogurt.

The protein powder makes it more filling, and the no-bake approach means there’s no oven, no waiting for cooling, and no cracking like with baked cheesecake.

If you want to take them to a picnic, keep them in a chilled container or on a tray over ice, the filling will soften at. For parties, I usually make a double batch and keep half in the fridge so they stay fresh until needed.
